The Human Resources Department is responsible for key areas typically associated with HR, such as talent acquisition, learning and development, payroll, employment law compliance, and performance management. Description:

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in the daily operations of the HR team by providing essential administrative and operational support. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate employee records, managing administrative HR processes, coordinating compliance initiatives, and assisting in key HR functions such as performance management and employee offboarding. You’ll also serve as a backup for the onboarding and I‑9 verification process.

Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion will be essential as you support a dynamic and people‑focused department.

Non‑exempt:

Please note, this position is classified as Non‑Exempt under federal wage and hour laws. As such, you will be required to clock in and out for all hours worked and will be eligible for overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a given workweek.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 4 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
