Our Technical Recruiters pair high activity execution with a consultative, relationship-first approach
, acting as trusted partners to technical professionals and helping them advance their careers into meaningful roles with organizations that align. You’ll build deep networks, generate referrals, guide candidates through career advancement decisions, and support Account Executives working with clients with insight and urgency. What You’ll Do
  • Identify, source, and qualify top technical professionals for client requirements
  • Drive strong weekly activity (calls, pre-screens, submissions, networking) to achieve placement expectations
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates through coffees, lunches, events, and consistent market engagement
  • Conduct interviews, negotiate wages, manage offers, and support onboarding and consultant experience
  • Stay informed on the technology labour market and share insights internally and with candidates
  • Contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of agency recruitment experience in technology
  • Proven track record of meeting placements, KPIs, and activity expectations
  • Creative,
    solutions-oriented sourcing mindset to attract, source and screen niche technical talent on behalf of our clients
  • Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to assess soft skills, personality fit, communication style, and cultural alignment. Not just technical capability
  • Ability to evaluate candidates holistically
    , understanding motivations, career drivers, and interpersonal dynamics to ensure long-term success for both the candidate and client
  • Strong sourcing ability with ATS platforms, Linked In Recruiter, Specialized user groups and communities and Boolean search
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • A competitive, driven mindset paired with a consultative, people-first approach
