Recruiter (West Coast Hours) - WFH/Remote. job at Tek Com Resources. Phoenix, AZ. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and relationship-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate excels in communication, talent sourcing, on-boarding coordination and full life cycle recruiting, while consistently delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience. Experience with in the telecom industry is a strong plus. This role requires someone who can follow detailed client-specific onboarding processes and manage multiple priorities ally you will be based in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone (Greater Phoenix, AZ area).

This is a remote, WFH role.

• Full-Cycle Recruiting:
  Manage the entire recruitment process from intake to offer, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Talent Sourcing:
  Identify and attract top-tier talent through job boards, networking, social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies.
• Candidate Care:
  Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the recruitment cycle; ensure candidates feel supported and informed.
• Reference & Background Coordination:
  Acquire and verify professional references and support client-specific background and onboarding processes with flawless attention to detail.
• Client Relationship Management:
  Partner closely with hiring managers and clients, understanding their needs and providing consistent recruitment updates and insights.
• Pipeline Management:
  Maintain accurate, organized, and detailed documentation across all applicants’ tracking and client systems.
• Process Compliance:
  Follow detailed, client-specific onboarding and compliance requirements with precision.
• Industry Awareness: (Preferred) Leverage telecom industry knowledge to assess technical skill sets and market trends.
• Project Coordination:
  Track and move candidates forward in a high volume, detailed and coordinated way.

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven success source from job boards and multiple recruitment channels.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term candidate and client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to follow structured processes and client-specific requirements.
• Must be willing to work West Coast hours (M-F).

• Experience recruiting in the telecommunications industry.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agency or high-volume environment.
• Based in the Phoenix, AZ market.
