Talent Acquisition Manager ($75,000+)

Pro Pivotal is one of the largest Boston-based staffing firms and due to our growth, we are looking to add a Talent Acquisition Manager to provide service to one of our major clients.

This role will support one of the world’s largest privately held, global, asset managers. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for full lifecycle candidate management, including sourcing, interviewing and relationship management. In addition to candidate management, a key part of this role is program management which will include client oversight and client partnership. This is a unique opportunity to work within the talent acquisition space supporting a world-renowned brand.

Responsibilities:
  • Weekly client meetings (in person, Zoom, and phone) which include search updates and taking requisitions
  • Work in tandem with Pro Pivotal interviewing and fulfillment teams to select candidates for client job openings
  • Recruiting including sourcing and interviewing
  • Coach and advise clients and candidates on the interview process
  • Customer service to clients and candidates, scheduling, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and client consultation
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience within a relationship-oriented profession such as program management, talent acquisition, project management, retail, hospitality, or account management is required.
  • A confident yet humble demeanor with a proven ability to own challenging tasks, projects, and assignments.
  • A strong technical aptitude is required (MS Office, advanced Excel, CRM or another database exposure)
