Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring an experienced Recruiter to support our client’s growing operations in the construction and engineering sector. This is a remote role based in Saudi Arabia (KSA)
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for technical and non-technical roles in the construction industry.
ey Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future manpower requirements.
- Handle documentation and onboarding processes in coordination with HR.
- Provide regular recruitment status updates and reports to management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience (preferably in the construction industry).
- Strong sourcing and candidate management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
