As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll launch your career in a commercial, client-facing position where you’ll learn how to build business relationships, identify market opportunities, and connect top technology talent with leading companies.

This is an entry-level role designed for people who are motivated by results, enjoy working with people, and are ready to grow fast — with a clear promotion path and uncapped commission (up to 30%).

You’ll receive world-class training, hands-on mentoring, and all the support you need to build a successful career in technology recruitment.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates across the U.S. tech market.
• Manage the full recruitment process — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and placement.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the U.S. and Europe.
• Achieve goals and milestones with a transparent career progression plan.

• A self-starter who’s motivated by results, recognition, and financial success.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, resilient, and proactive with a positive attitude.
• Commercially minded and eager to learn about business and technology.
• No prior recruitment experience required — we hire for potential, not just experience!
