- Conduct market analyses to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices
- Develop and maintain compensation models and tools for decision-making
- Analyze compensation data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Collaborate with HR partners to address compensation-related issues and provide guidance
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a global context
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in compensation survey tools, HRIS systems, and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus
- Experience in researching and providing solutions to compensation issues
- Good relationship-building skills with an appreciation of cultural differences
