What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Design implement, and manage global compensation programs, including salary structures and incentive plans
  • Conduct market analyses to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices
  • Develop and maintain compensation models and tools for decision-making
  • Analyze compensation data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Collaborate with HR partners to address compensation-related issues and provide guidance
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a global context
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Proficiency in compensation survey tools, HRIS systems, and advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus
  • Experience in researching and providing solutions to compensation issues
  • Good relationship-building skills with an appreciation of cultural differences
