Currently we are looking for a driven and motivated Senior People & Culture Manager who genuinely cares and keeps the team spirit up! About the team

We’re looking for someone for our Amsterdam office. You will be working closely with Paul who is our CFO and Alex, who is our P&C Manager for the Hamburg team. For 2026 we do have in plan to expand the team and add another team member in Amsterdam who will be supporting the local operations (admin, office related tasks etc)

This will be an individual contributor role, with high potential to be moving into a Team Leading in the future.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a nice combination of strategy & planning work and operational.

About you
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in the People and Culture space
  • Experience in managing and bringing your expertise in different areas of People and Culture – recruitment, administration, people partnering
  • Partner with leadership in developing and improving our people practices (eg. performance management, recruitment activities)
  • Support the Team Leads in all people related topics (eg. underperformance, non-compliance, employee development etc)
  • Own HR systems – ensure data accuracy and streamline ways of working between offices where applicable (eg. Personio, Recruitee, Notion)
  • Support HR Admin tasks for NL office – onboarding, offboarding, salary updates, visas, 30% ruling etc
  • Lead initiatives that support engagement of employees and our cultural values
  • You are open, curious, good communicator and able to say “no” when needed
  • People person – caring and supportive for your own team but also beyond
  • Able to manage different priorities at the same time
  • Worked in an international company before
  • Self sufficient – run the job, figure things out on your own
Upcoming projects for 2026
  • Study Tube (LMS) implementation, roll out and go live – participate in the designing system set up, learning content, roll out and internal adoption
  • Continue elevating our hiring practices to make sure we hire the best fit for our roles
  • Continue revamping our onboarding process across the whole organization
  • Finalise our competency matrix used in assessing teams performance & development of employees (some teams are more advanced than others in having this matrix)
