• Manage the entire candidate journey, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to onboarding
• Utilize Greenhouse ATS to track and support candidates through the recruitment process
• Build strong relationships with team members and hiring managers to facilitate smooth recruitment
• Analyze and report on recruiting pipeline metrics to hiring managers and the broader company
• Assist with sourcing activities and conduct reference checks for late-stage candidates

• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience
• At least 1 year of experience using Greenhouse ATS
• Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of execution and follow-through
• Excellent attention to detail and strong verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt ideas for improvement

• Experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment
• Familiarity with mental health services or related fields
• Demonstrated ability to automate and improve manual processes
• Experience conducting reference checks and sourcing candidates
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
