Vice President of Sales Recruiting

As our VP of Sales Recruiting, you will have a direct impact on our organization by crafting and driving our sales organizations recruitment strategy in partnership with sales leadership across our sales recruiting organizations.
You will lead and develop a high performance team of 15 directly accountable for sourcing Sales Recruiters, Sales Leadership/Managers, Channel, and our fastest growing up-market segments including Global, Enterprise, and Public Sectors.
Beyond your direct team, this VP role provides an indirect Global strategic leadership role across all GTM recruiting teams to drive alignment, foster a culture of excellence, prioritize career growth, and build a best-in-class recruiting organization.
This role offers high visibility and a direct opportunity to set the talent road map as we scale our sales teams to deliver on our GTM & Sales Recruiting strategy, while working in collaboration with high impact sales teams.
This position is on-site in San Mateo, CA HQ with flexibility for remote work 1-2 days per week.
ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior sales and recruiting leadership to set and execute the long term vision and strategy for sales recruiting, ensuring alignment with business growth targets.
Leverage data and analytics to optimize hiring strategies, measure effectiveness, increase recruiter productivity, and deliver actionable insight to leadership. (Build recruiting strategies to achieve and surpass targets.)
Lead, mentor, and scale a team of early career and senior recruiters to deliver excellent performance, develop their recruiting expertise, and facilitate their professional development to grow their careers.
Partner with Sales Operations, People Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and budgeting to align recruiting capacity with company objectives.
Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, collaboration and operational excellence amongst your team and the organization.
Continuously assess and evolve recruiting processes, tools, and systems to support growth, efficiency, and best-in-class candidate experience.
Oversee initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline through employer branding, sourcing strategies, events and employee referrals.
Requirements12+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting experience.
8-10+ years of leadership experience in scaling high-growth sales or business recruiting teams.
Experience recruiting for sales or business functions, with the ability to attract, assess, and hire top-performing talent.
Proven success building, leading, and developing high-performing recruiting teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Demonstrated expertise in leveraging data, KPIs, and market insights to inform recruiting strategy and decision-making.
Experience thriving and prioritizing in an ever-changing environment.
