Location: Hybrid work schedule in the Rockville, MD, office (3 days a week in the office; Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursdays)

Span's culture and company values, as well as source and build a pool of qualified talent. This individual is data driven, comfortable working autonomously in an agile and fast‑paced global environment, while also having strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
- Source potential talent on Linked In and/or other online platforms
- Review resumes and manage talent pipeline in ATS
- Review pre‑screened calls to analyze applicants' abilities fitment
- Interview candidates utilizing various interview methods
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies
- Write and post job descriptions
- Draft job offer letters and conduct professional reference checks
- Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work
- Identify process improvements to the interview and evaluation process
- Keep up‑to‑date with new technical trends and products in recruiting
- Support office administration tasks in the Rockville office as needed (i.e. sort mail, order and restock snacks, coordination as needed, etc)
- Other projects as needed on the People Team
- At least 2+ years of recruitment and sourcing experience for technical roles
- Proven ability to proactively work with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process from start‑to‑end
- Technical knowledge to help facilitate conversations with prospects and understand their qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience recruiting technical resources (e.g. solution architect, business analyst, developers)
- Experience utilizing job boards, cold‑calling, and other sourcing mechanisms to identify candidates
- Experience using and managing an applicant tracking system (ATS)
