Recruitment Coordinator (Native German Speaker) (m/f/d) – 100% Remote

Your Mission:

We are looking for a Native German-speaking Recruitment Coordinator who is permanently based in Asia.
This role supports our People & Recruiting team by conducting structured interviews and coordinating the technical evaluation stages. The position is fully remote.

Your daily tasks:

• Conduct initial video interviews with German-speaking candidates.
• Assess cultural fit, communication skills and alignment with our company values.
• Evaluate the candidate’s experience and skillset against job requirements.
• Coordinate technical interview rounds with internal experts.
• Guide candidates through every stage of the recruiting funnel.
• Ensure a smooth and transparent process for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Update statuses, upload documentation and maintain clear and structured records.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication or related fields (or equivalent experience).
• Native German speaker (C2).
• Permanently living in Asia with reliable high-speed internet.
• Full availability during 8:00–18:00 CET (German time)
• Languages in recruiting, interviewing, HR coordination, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Confident using CRM / ATS systems (training can be provided).
