What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with Product Specialists to understand country‑specific payroll compliance requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Educate the product team on legislation and ensure correct implementation by the development team through testing.
  • Develop and maintain legislative specifications for reports and integrations, ensuring new in‑country requirements are addressed.
  • Drive continuous upskilling and compliance awareness of the product team on new in‑country requirements.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of payroll experience in Switzerland and advanced knowledge of local payroll.
  • Strong working knowledge of local regulations and policies related to payroll and HR.
  • Swissdec certification is an advantage.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines accurately.
  • Strong verbal and written communication to connect with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to explain complex issues clearly.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong proficiency in English.
  • Experience with multiple country jurisdictions is an advantage.
  • Experience supporting the design, build, and implementation of a multi‑region Payroll solution is an advantage.
