JOB SUMMARYThis position is eligible for remote work in Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming. This position will require some travel for office meetings, as needed, to our corporate office in Tulsa, OK.
Job Profile Summary The Learning & Leadership Development Partner reports to the Employee & Leadership Development Director and focuses on delivering and managing L&D strategy, leadership development programs, and employee development initiatives through structured programs and experiential learning opportunities.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Collaboration & Strategic Alignment:
Partner with senior leaders, HR professionals, and stakeholders to assess development needs, create tailored solutions, and foster a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and growth. - Program Delivery:
Deliver and evaluate leadership and employee development programs, including workshops, training sessions, and coaching, aligned with organizational goals and leadership competencies. - Impact Measurement & Best Practices:
Use data, assessment tools, and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness, refine initiatives, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive organizational success. - The Learning & Leadership Development Partner plays a key role in driving employee growth and development within our organization. They promote a culture of safety, inclusivity, diversity, ethics, excellence, service, and innovation through:
- Program Delivery
- Deliver leadership and employee development programs.
- Facilitate engaging curriculum, including workshops and simulations.
- Collaborate to deliver workshops, training sessions, team-building activities, and summits.
- Needs Assessment and Program Effectiveness:
Utilize needs assessments to customize content as needed. Evaluate the effectiveness of development initiatives using surveys, qualitative feedback, and performance metrics. Utilize various assessment tools to measure leadership and employee capabilities. Analyze assessment data to coach leaders and create individualized development plans. - Collaboration and Strategic Alignment:
Collaborate with senior leaders and HR business partners to align development programs with organizational goals. Create and maintain a leadership competency framework. Support succession planning and talent management initiatives. - Coaching and Leadership Development:
Provide one-on-one coaching to emerging and established leaders. Foster a culture of continuous learning and a growth mindset. - Discipline Expertise:
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning & development. Manage external vendors and consultants as needed. Feedback and Continuous Improvement:
Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement. Receive and action feedback to improve programs. - The Learning & Leadership Development Professional must demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and strategic alignment through key responsibilities such as:
- Strategic Leadership:
Implement leadership development strategies aligned with ONEOK’s long-term goals. Proactively identify root issues through strategic questioning, leading to tailored interventions and impactful recommendations. Collaboration Across HR Operating Model. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align leadership development initiatives with business goals and ensure a unified approach to employee growth.
- Service Excellence:
Oversee leadership development initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery of programs.
- Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Master s Degree
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leadership development or related field for mid-sized and large organizations.
