Recruitment Specialist-Remote

Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring an experienced Recruiter to support our client's growing operations in the construction and engineering sector. This is a remote role based in Saudi Arabia (KSA)

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for technical and non-technical roles in the construction industry.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Source and screen qualified candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future manpower requirements.
• Handle documentation and onboarding processes in coordination with HR.
• Provide regular recruitment status updates and reports to management.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience (preferably in the construction industry).
• Strong sourcing and candidate management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
