• Hybrid; ability to work from home Monday and Friday upon completion of probationary period
• 7am – 4pm

• Source and Recruit High-Quality Candidates to Meet our Clients Needs
• Screen and Interview Qualified Candidates
• Create strong relationships with Healthcare Providers, Serving as their Primary Point of Contact
• Oversee Healthcare Providers
• Negotiate Wages with Candidates
• Staff and Schedule Healthcare Providers
• Manage Relationships with Ro Health Clients
• Develop Skills Needed in a Management Role
• Handle Additional Operations including Payroll and Marketing
• Operate at All Times with a High Level of Honesty and Integrity
• Handle after-hours urgent communication with providers and clients to provide optimal customer service.

• $62k base salary + Commission
• Quarterly Bonuses!
