Position: Recruitment Consultant (CEI, Work at home, Only Commission-Based)

Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition Specialist Roles & Responsibilities The Job

Proactively identify and develop new job placement and business opportunities through telemarketing, social media outreach, networking, and other effective channels.
Engage with clients to understand recruitment needs, hiring requirements, and business objectives.
Negotiate recruitment terms, service agreements, and placement conditions with clients.
Source, screen, and present suitable candidates using multiple platforms (job boards, social media, referrals, databases).
Evaluate candidate experience and qualifications; manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process.
Prepare candidates for interviews and debrief both clients and candidates on feedback.
Build and sustain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to promote repeat business and referrals.
Ensure achievement of company objectives and sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.

Requirements

Minimum ’O’ Level / Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, HR, or any related field.
Target-oriented with a strong sales and customer service mindset.
Comfortable with a commission-based income structure
.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, strong sense of urgency, and resilience to thrive under pressure.
Interest in sales, recruitment, and client engagement with a never-say-die work ethic.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Team player with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organisation.
