What You Will Be DoingWhat You Will Be Doing:
The primary focus of this role is to serve as the IT expert for the Workday HCM Recruiting Module. You will be involved in all phases of the Workday implementation lifecycle, from design to post-implementation support. This role requires a strong combination of deep Workday configuration skills and technical expertise related to data, system integration, and leveraging industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, test, implement, and provide ongoing support for the Workday Recruiting module.
- Act as the Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) for Workday Recruiting, building consensus to leverage industry best practices and streamlined, optimal configurations.
- Troubleshoot system issues, configure necessary enhancements, and recommend process changes to optimize the HRIT landscape.
- Utilize strong leadership and facilitation skills to drive process design, manage initiatives, and achieve cross-functional goals with various teams.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance HRIT processes and system performance.
- Provide technical know-how related to data design, reporting, and 3rd party system integration.
- Bachelor s Degree (Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems disciplines preferred).
- 5+ years of experience with Workday configuration.
- 3+ years of demonstrated proficiency in Workday Recruiting configuration.
- Knowledge of standard API and custom 3rd party integration techniques.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Experience with Workday reports and dashboards, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) for data migration, security roles and permissions, and calculated fields.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing industry environment.
- Experience with a greenfield Workday implementation project.
- Knowledge of Workday Core HCM and other adjacent Workday modules.
Pay: $58.10 - $83.00/hr.
