What you'll be doingAs an Executive Recruiter, you will join a dynamic team of recruiters who focus on both the candidate and the client. Get ready to manage both sides of the desk, helping clients and candidates thrive!
The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. In this vital role, you will demonstrate a sense of urgency while focusing on existing clients and identifying new ones, interviewing candidates, and matching them with dream organizations and careers.

About you- Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
