Workday Senior HRIS Analyst - Remote

• Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM, Payroll, and UKG Timekeeping systems
• Maintain payroll setup, tax configuration, and timekeeping rules for the U.S. and U.K.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements
• Manage data activities including audits, cleanup strategies, and creation of tools for data management
• Provide Level 2/3 support for HR production issues and ticket resolution

• Bachelor's Degree or an additional 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 3 years of Business Analyst experience focused on Workday Payroll and UKG Timekeeping
• Proven expertise in Workday and UKG systems with the ability to present solutions to stakeholders
  
  Strong business analysis skills including timeline planning and requirements documentation
• Knowledge of U.S. and U.K. HCM, Payroll, and Time and Attendance systems

• Master's Degree in a relevant field
• Experience with multiple SaaS HR technology platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities using tools like Workday Community
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project
