What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Coordinate virtual and in‑person interview schedules to enhance the candidate experience
- Collaborate with the Talent team to manage new hire documentation and onboarding processes
- Oversee the end‑to‑end requisition process in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards for reporting purposes
- Assist in coordinating industry networking and mentorship programs to build a talent pipeline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources or Recruiting coordination role
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills for effective engagement with candidates
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, with experience in formulas and data management in Google Sheets or Excel
- High attention to detail and a proactive, adaptable mindset
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), particularly Lever
- Familiarity with Linked In Recruiter
- Background in supporting high‑volume or agency recruiting environments
