The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our global team. This is a high‑impact role responsible for hiring the technical talent that fuels Virtasant’s growth. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle — from intake to close — while building trust with senior stakeholders and candidates across the globe.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to the business, delivering hard‑to‑find technical hires at pace, while also shaping the recruitment function with data‑driven insights and process improvements.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to define requirements and advise on hiring strategies.
  • Source and attract top global talent for technical roles across engineering, cloud, and data.
  • Manage candidates through the entire process — from first outreach to signed offer.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment marketing lead to design and run global campaigns.
  • Use data and metrics to track performance, improve efficiency, and inform decision‑making.
  • Contribute to the recruitment team culture — sharing insights, supporting peers, and thriving in a fast‑moving, evolving environment.
