Contract Recruiter Remote Position | Agriculture Industry

Forward-thinking agriculture company seeking a Contract Recruiter to help build a strong, diverse workforce that supports their mission. The Contract Recruiter will play a key role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent across multiple departments. This position requires a proactive, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable balancing both remote recruiting activities and occasional field work.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Develop and post job openings across relevant platforms.
• Manage applicant flow, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates.
• Support the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct field visits to meet candidates and understand role requirements firsthand.

• Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house), ideally within agriculture, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Contract flexibility and availability to start immediately.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job boards is a plus.
