During NCT you will have the support of colleagues, coaching, and guidance from your Training Manager, and you will connect daily in a virtual classroom. After graduating, you may work from home or in a hybrid model, while still receiving support from your manager and team, and feeling connected, autonomous, and safe from the comfort of your own home.

The Talent Attraction Specialist is responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill temporary, temp‑to‑hire, and direct‑hire finance, office, and other professional job orders for a variety of moderately complex, complex, and specialized clients. In this vital role you will need a sense of urgency while interviewing candidates, matching them with their dream organizations and career paths.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or three (3) years professional work experience considered in lieu of a degree.
