Serenity Med Search places top-tier healthcare professionals—like nurses, techs, and advanced practice providers—into permanent roles with hospitals and clinics across the country, especially in rural and underserved areas. • Learn how to source, connect with, and recruit healthcare professionals nationwide

• Use tools like Linked In, job boards, and cold outreach to build your candidate pipeline

• Screen applicants to understand their background, goals, and fit for open positions

• Set up and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Guide candidates through the process from application to offer acceptance

• Work with our team to meet hiring goals and learn the art of recruiting and sales

• Manage your progress using our applicant tracking system (ATS)

• No prior recruiting experience required—but customer service, sales, or healthcare experience is a big plus

• Strong communication skills and comfort talking on the phone

• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your day in a remote work setting

• Coachable, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions
