You will participate in our best-in-class remote training program, the New Colleague Training (NCT), which is paid, interactive, and collaborative. While in NCT you will receive guidance from your Training Manager and daily support from your virtual classroom.
NCT combines group instruction with autonomy to grow and thrive on your own.
After graduating from NCT, you will have the option to work from home or in a hybrid model. You will continue to receive support from your Manager and team as you work autonomously and safely from home.
What you’ll be doingAs an Executive Recruiter, you will be part of a dynamic team focusing on both the Candidate and the Client. You will manage both sides of the desk, helping Clients and Candidates Thrive. You will execute the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top-tier mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients, balancing urgency with a focus on existing Clients while identifying new ones, interviewing candidates, and matching them with their ideal organizations and careers.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional work experience in lieu of a degree.

The anticipated salary for this position is $50,000 plus incentive compensation. Location-specific figures may apply where noted, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401k or deferred compensation, PTO, holidays, and parental leave, prorated by hire date.
