We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter who is passionate about connecting people to purpose. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner with business leaders and hiring managers across the company to drive thoughtful, inclusive, and efficient hiring practices. You’ll own full-cycle recruitment for roles across multiple departments and locations, bringing a strategic mindset, deep curiosity, and a candidate‑first approach to everything you do.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the end‑to‑end global recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across functions and levels
  • Partner strategically with hiring managers and HR partners to define talent needs, align on ideal candidate profiles, and lead thoughtful kickoff meetings
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights on talent trends, interview best practices, and decision‑making frameworks
  • Stay informed on recruiting trends, talent market insights, and AI‑enhanced recruiting tools. Participate in projects that improve recruiting processes, tools, and strategies across the team
  • Serve as Phreesia’s brand ambassador, delivering a high‑touch, authentic, and inclusive experience for every candidate
  • Communicate proactively and consistently to create a transparent and engaging journey that reflects our culture and values for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Accurately track and manage candidate data and recruiting activity within internal systems
  • Leverage tools like Workday and scorecards to drive consistency, compliance, and data‑informed hiring decisions
What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience with global recruitment a plus
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of roles (entry to senior‑level, across functions and geographies)
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and responsiveness
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align recruiting strategies with evolving organizational needs
  • Adaptable and growth‑oriented, eager to learn and evolve with changing business needs
  • Comfortable working with a high level of autonomy and accountability
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current in the recruiting industry

Phreesia is a fully remote company; however, candidates located in ET and CT regions are given priority in the hiring process.
