  • Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of recruiting data within the ATS, ensuring requisitions, candidate records, and hiring statuses are current and complete.
  • Monitor recruiting activity and provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition team on open, pending, and closed requisitions.
  • Serve as a resource to hiring managers, school administrators, and parish staff by providing basic system guidance and support related to ATS navigation and recruiting processes.

Hiring Coordination & Process Support

  • Coordinate pre‑employment and new‑hire documentation, including offer materials, onboarding forms, and required hiring steps.
  • Track progress of hiring and onboarding activities and proactively follow up with candidates and hiring managers to support timely completion.

Stakeholder Communication & Service

  • Act as a liaison between the Talent Acquisition team, HR managers, hiring managers, and local leadership within schools and parishes.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding requisition status, hiring steps, and onboarding timelines with professionalism and clarity.
  • Deliver clear, respectful communication that reflects the mission, values, and service‑oriented culture of the Archdiocese.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a customer‑service orientation.
