Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Hybrid: 3 WFH / 2 Office Days)

We are a recruitment agency hiring a consultant to support hiring across multiple client companies and roles. This role is for someone who enjoys structured recruiting work, communicates well, and can manage a pipeline with discipline.

Working arrangement:
Hybrid - typically 3 days WFH and 2 days in office weekly. Office days are mainly for team alignment, role calibration, and occasional client/candidate meetings where required.

Responsibilities
  • Work on multiple client requisitions across different job functions
  • Candidates outreach
  • Conduct screening calls and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
  • Submit candidate profiles to clients and coordinate interview scheduling
  • Manage candidate updates, feedback loops, and offer processes
  • Maintain accurate records in the agency CRM/ATS
  • Follow professional recruitment and data handling practices (PDPA-aligned)
  • Requirements
    • Strong career switchers welcome if you run a disciplined pipeline and communicate well
    • Able to handle multiple requisitions concurrently with accurate tracking and clear next steps
    • Strong written communication, especially in screening notes, candidate profiles, and client-facing updates
    • Consistent follow-through with structured planning and dependable turnaround times
    • Able to work with discipline for home based days
    Compensation
