Green Key Resources is a nationally recognized recruiting firm expanding our professional services division in Texas. We specialize in building high-character, high-talent teams across multiple verticals. For this role, we are seeking a recruiter/account manager with proven experience in the construction staffing industry to drive client partnerships and candidate placements.

• Source, screen, and prescreen candidates for construction roles across all levels.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a high-quality experience.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships within the construction sector.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver staffing solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, manage client expectations, and ensure successful placements.
• Identify and pursue new client opportunities in the Texas construction market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to expand Green Key’s footprint in the region.

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting and account management experience at a staffing agency.
• Strictly focused on the construction vertical (commercial, residential, industrial).
• Strong knowledge of construction workforce trends and client needs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results under deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment;
  Texas-based candidates strongly preferred.
