We take off from December 23rd to the first weekday after the new year, usually January 2nd.

You will receive a lucrative compensation plan with room to grow into leadership roles. Our recruiters earn a base salary plus a strong commission and bonus plan.

Medical, Dental + Vision. 100% paid for you, 50% of your family's. For Medical, you choose PPO or HMO of our Platinum Plan.

Place key healthcare professionals, from Registered Nurses to Physicians, in positions that make a direct impact on patient care and organizational success. Your expertise in the healthcare sector and ability to engage top talent will help build stronger, more effective healthcare teams.

• 2+ years of success as an agency recruiter in the Top 10% of your company + have the awards and accolades to prove it
• Positive, driven personality
• Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required if you have the experience

* Experience placing doctors and or nurses in a locum tenens capacity, preferred*

• New Business Development using your top-notch sales skills to bring in clients
• Recruitment utilizing our premiere tech stack including our custom built ATS, JAX, to find candidates who match your clients open positions
