A leading global workforce solutions provider is seeking a Blue-Collar Recruiter to support an RPO project in Batam, focusing on aluminum shipbuilding and heavy fabrication roles. This contract position (3 to 6 months) offers a strong opportunity for permanent placement based on performance. The recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for blue-collar roles, primarily sourcing welders and fabricators, while collaborating closely with site leaders to meet workforce needs.
