Full-time permanent opportunity for energetic individuals who enjoy working with people to join one of the largest independent IT recruitment firms in Edmonton recruiting for our clients throughout Canada. This position is ideal for a result driven self-starter who enjoys a fast pace small office environment where you will be recognized financially for your success. You will join our team of information systems recruitment specialists in identifying, qualifying, and representing IT professionals to our clients for contract and permanent placements throughout Canada.

Opportunity in account management/business development available for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will have outgoing personality, passion for people, excellent spoken and written English, proven excellent customer service and negotiation skills, proven ability to develop relationships and rapport, ongoing desire to gain new knowledge, and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Post secondary education in HR, Recruitment, Computing Science, Business, or related fields is required.

Experience in account management, marketing, sales, and/or demonstrated experience seeking out and gaining new medium to large corporate level clients would be considered an asset. Individuals with limited related experience may be considered for junior role or as Recruitment Assistant.

This position is currently remote, however, must be available for hybrid mode in Edmonton when required. In order to work from home, you must have high speed Internet, a computer capable of supporting dual monitors, cell phone with data plan, and private space to work without interruption. Applicant must be located in Edmonton for this opportunity.
