- Analyze recruiting metrics and provide actionable insights to improve hiring processes
- 7+ years of experience recruiting for cleared National Security engineering roles
- Proven capability in hiring hard-to-fill positions, utilizing sourcing tools and personalized outreach strategies
- Strong analytical skills to interpret recruiting metrics and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with hiring managers
- Must be located in the Washington, DC area or willing to travel there at least once a month
- Established network of cleared talent within the National Security sector
- Experience working with remote teams and asynchronous communication tools
- Strong persistence and results-oriented mindset to meet ambitious outreach targets
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
