Talent Manager, Recruiter
Base pay range
$36,000.00/yr - $/yr

This is a commission-driven role with the opportunity to earn between 30-80% of your production. There is no cap on commissions. Base salary begins at $35,568 annually. After the appropriate waiting period you will be eligible for gpac benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401(k).

Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
- Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent positions.
- Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
- Use recruiting tools and materials proficiently.
- Cold call, qualify, screen, and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in negotiating job offers.
- Conduct reference checks on candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
- Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
- Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
- Effective negotiation skills.
- A degree is preferred but not required.
- Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements.
