As our HR Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You’ll play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. • Lead recruitment efforts — from posting jobs to onboarding new hires.
• Manage and support employee relations, performance reviews, and career development.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company standards.
• Foster a healthy, motivating work environment that reflects our creative spirit.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR administrative tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with digital tools for HR management and remote collaboration.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

• Experience in the gaming or tech industry.
• Passion for online games — especially Dinosaur Game!
• Certification in HR (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent).
