This commission‑driven position offers the opportunity to earn between 30‑75% of your production. We do not require previous recruiting experience because we provide the proper training, tools, resources, and support to reach your individual earning goals.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
- Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
- Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
- Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
- Cold call, qualify, screen, and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
- Conduct reference checks on candidates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong data‑basing and technological skills
- Business Development, Client Relationship, Marketing, or Sales background preferred
- Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
- Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
- Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
- Effective negotiation skills
- A degree is preferred but not required
