Sr Workday HRIS Analyst

• Lead the design, build, and support of new Workday HRIT solutions for a growing global workforce
• Manage, advise, and guide project teams on business process enhancements involving HRIT, HR, Payroll, and Management
• Own and direct the configuration, maintenance, and support of Workday data, workflows, integrations, and reports
• Proactively identify and lead projects to automate and improve time‑consuming workflows
• Manage external vendor relationships and ensure data integrity of internal HR systems

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of direct Workday configuration experience
• Expertise in cross‑module Workday processes and module‑specific knowledge in Recruiting and one or more HR modules
• Strong communication skills to translate technical information for non‑technical audiences
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose practical solutions

• Experience with enhancing ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and business decision‑making
• Familiarity with HRIT best practices and current product releases
• Proven ability to navigate stakeholder relationships effectively
