Support our international growth as a GTM Recruiter, recruiting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success profiles. Work closely with business leaders to attract and select strategic talent that directly contributes to our go‑to‑market expansion.

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand hiring needs and define tailored recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
• Source top GTM talent through direct outreach, job boards, events, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles across multiple markets.
• Collaborate on employer branding efforts to effectively communicate our culture and values to potential candidates.
• Analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time‑to‑hire, conversion rates) to continuously improve hiring efficiency.
• Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay up to date with market trends to attract and engage top‑tier candidates.

• At least 3 years of experience recruiting GTM profiles in high‑growth startup or scale‑up environments.
• Strong sourcing and outreach skills, with experience handling high candidate volumes.
• Passion for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success roles and a solid understanding of GTM KPIs and dynamics.
• Proactive mindset, resilience, and a strong focus on achieving results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset and data‑driven approach to recruiting.
• Native‑level Italian.
• Fluent English (C1).
• German is a plus.
