• Develop recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring managers
• Source and identify potential talent through various online platforms
• Manage recruiting data and maintain reports within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Conduct interviews and analyze candidates' qualifications and fit
• Support the onboarding process for new hires and identify improvements in recruitment practices

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment and sourcing experience for technical roles
• Proven experience in managing recruiting data and generating reports
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Technical knowledge to engage with candidates effectively and understand their qualifications

• Experience recruiting for specific technical roles such as solution architects, business analysts, and developers
• Proficiency in utilizing job boards and other sourcing mechanisms to attract candidates
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment
