Talent Manager, Recruiter

Job Summary:
Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and acceptance, completing contractor hiring administrative processes, and onboarding of new contractors. Remote work from home. Temporary to permanent.
Role will administer defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited and develop/manage relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team‑mates. Recruiters responsible for recruitment updates and keeping management team informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment. Performance measured partly by KPI measures and execution of recruitment strategies including advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, maintenance of recruitment materials, and keeping management team informed of recruitment progress and issues affecting recruiting.
Meet customer satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EducationHigh School Diploma or GED.
ExperienceTwo (2) years or more experience in full life-cycle recruiting.
SkillsStrong verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, prioritize, adapt to changing conditions; customer service skills.
KnowledgeProficient in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) – intermediate level.
Travel0‑10%.

Compensation InformationThe compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by various factors including relevant experience, education, work location, market data/ranges, internal equity, and internal salary ranges. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan.
Pay TypeSalaried.
Pay RangeMinimum: $58,000;
Maximum: $62,000.
