👤 The Responsibilities
Global People Strategy & Operations: Design and execute a world-class HR strategy that supports a fast-scaling, remote-first global environment across multiple time zones.
Scaling & Organizational Design: Lead workforce planning to scale the company from its current stage to a global powerhouse, ensuring the right talent is in the right seats across the US, Middle East, and India.
Cross-Cultural Leadership: Act as the primary cultural bridge between global offices, harmonizing the working styles and expectations of US, Middle Eastern, and Indian teams.
Multi-Regional Compliance: Oversee global compliance strategy. While deep Saudi expertise (Qiwa, GOSI, MHRSD) is a significant plus, you will be responsible for building a framework that ensures 100% compliance across all operating regions.
Global Culture & Engagement: Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture that aligns with the company’s mission while respecting local cultural nuances.
Total Rewards & Global Benchmarking: Oversee global payroll systems, benefits administration, and international compensation benchmarking (USD/SAR/INR).
Executive Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to the C-suite and Board, providing data-driven insights on human capital and organizational health.
Location & Availability: Based in EMEA (Remote) with the flexibility to manage stakeholders across diverse time zones.
Proven Global
Experience:
12–15+ years of HR experience, with at least 6+ years in a senior leadership role (Director or VP level) within a high-growth SaaS or Fintech environment.Global Scaling Expertise: A track record of scaling teams globally, with hands-on experience managing and growing diverse cultures across the US, Middle East, and India.
Cultural Intelligence: Exceptional ability to navigate the nuances of Middle Eastern business etiquette, US corporate speed, and Indian operational dynamics.
Strategic Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of international labor laws; familiarity with Saudi Labor Law or US employment regulations is highly advantageous.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong asset but not a hard requirement.
HR Tech Visionary: Advanced proficiency with modern, global HRIS platforms and AI-driven productivity tools for remote-first teams.
