• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Integrity, confidentiality, and ethical mindset
• Effective negotiation skills
• Degree preferred but not required
• Successful completion of gpac training
