• 2+ years of success as an agency recruiter in the Top 10% of your company + have the awards and accolades to prove it
• Positive, driven personality
• Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required if you have the experience

* Experience placing doctors and or nurses in a locum tenens capacity, preferred*

• New Business Development Using your top-notch sales skills to bring in clients
• Recruitment Utilizing our premiere tech stack including our custom built ATS, JAX, to find candidates who match your clients open positions
