As our Global HR Business Partner for Division Functions, you will step into a role where your expertise in human resources becomes the driving force behind our people strategy. You'll partner with managers to create an environment where everyone can thrive, ensuring that our HR processes support and enhance our business goals. In this role, you'll have the flexibility to work in a hybrid model, blending remote work with on‑site collaboration.
This position supports over 200 employees across multiple regions.
Your main stakeholders will include senior business leaders, HR Centers of Expertise, and Global Business Services.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic HR Guidance:
Understand our business drivers and long‑term strategy, identify opportunities for HR to add significant value, and set and implement HR priorities that align our people strategy with business goals. - HR Solutions and Consultancy:
Represent HR within the business entity, build strong relationships with leaders, and act as a trusted consultant and coach. - Capability and Workforce Planning:
Ensure the business is ready to meet or exceed targets by planning and staffing effectively, using HR insights to address organizational trends. - Organization Design and Performance Management:
Optimize organizational structures and values, implement global performance standards and KPIs, address performance issues, and drive recognition and reward programs. - Talent and Skill Development:
Maintain a healthy talent pipeline, drive talent processes such as development planning, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and recruitment for key positions, and collaborate with Centers of Expertise on learning and development activities. - Compensation and Compliance:
Define fair compensation strategies in line with global policies, monitor personnel costs, and ensure compliance with global and local standards and policies. - Change Management:
Translate change management requirements into actionable plans that support business strategy and foster continuous improvement.
- 10+ years in HR Business Partnering with a basic understanding of labor laws across different countries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, and high flexibility and strong collaboration abilities.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Preferably based in the Czech Republic, Poland, or North America. (The role is not currently planned for Switzerland.)
