As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in shaping our business and building your own specialist market. You’ll have the autonomy to run your own desk, backed by a high‑performing team, structured training, and experienced leadership.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and nurturing long‑term relationships with candidates and clients
• Driving business development through calls, meetings, and networking
• Staying ahead of industry trends and mapping your market
• Sourcing top talent through headhunting, referrals, and innovative recruitment strategies
• Crafting compelling job adverts
• Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process end‑to‑end

• Proven experience building client and candidate networks in niche markets
• Strong business development skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• A proactive mindset and genuine passion for recruitment
