You must have experience across the life sciences for a minimum of 3 years in full 360 recruitment. As a successful recruiter you will already have an understanding of what excellence needs to look like within the life science industry.

• Build strong relationships, network effectively, and demonstrate a track record of winning new business.
• Apply life sciences sector knowledge to recruitment activities and candidate/client engagements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve recruitment targets and deliver high-quality talent solutions.
• Maintain a strong awareness of market dynamics within life sciences to source and place candidates efficiently.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in full 360 recruitment within life sciences.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships and a proactive business development mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Willingness to work in-office 4 days a week.

• Salary: $55k - $130k base (dependent on calibre, approach and experience level).
