What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Proactively identify, source, and recruit candidates through various channels, including cold calling and social media
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and oversee internal job postings
  • Conduct candidate screenings and schedule interviews
  • Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
  • Maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a steady pipeline of talent
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly with outbound sourcing
  • Authorization to work in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for talent sourcing
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing high volume Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics

  • Experience with Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong analytical and research skills
