- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and oversee internal job postings

- Maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a steady pipeline of talent
- 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly with outbound sourcing
- Authorization to work in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for talent sourcing
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing high volume Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics
- Experience with Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Exceptional project management abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
- A consultative style that draws in candidates and fosters engagement
