- Lead full-cycle executive searches for Director-level and above positions across the delivery system and health plan.
- Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
- Design and implement sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates using advanced techniques and market research.
- Conduct intake meetings, candidate pre-screens, and manage the executive hiring process in compliance with PHS policies and affirmative action plans.
- Negotiate offers and ensure accurate execution of executive contracts and offer letters in alignment with compensation guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, HR partners, and candidates to optimize engagement and reduce time-to-fill.
- Manage third-party search firms, including agreements, timelines, and progress reporting.
- Provide consultative support to hiring executives on complex staffing issues, offering creative solutions and training on behavioral interviewing.
- Mentor and share expertise with recruiting colleagues to strengthen team capabilities and executive hiring practices.
- Prepare and post advertisements for executive and specialized roles at local and national levels.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment with PHS vision, values, and strategic goals throughout the recruitment process.
- Bachelor's degree or 6 years of experience in lieu of education.
- At least 5 years of direct, full-cycle recruiting experience.
- At least 3-4 years of targeted sourcing and candidate development experience.
- Experience compiling and utilizing labor market insights and data to influence talent attraction decisions.
- Prior search firm and healthcare experience preferred.
- Prior leadership experience preferred.
