Overview

Join the Talent Acquisition Specialist role at Devoted Studios
. Devoted Studios is a Ukrainian based game development company specializing in Co-development, Porting, and End-to-End Art Production for the global gaming industry. We partner with world-class teams to deliver external development, pipeline optimization, and creative problem-solving across game projects. This is a remote, full-time contracted position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source candidates across game development disciplines (Art, Design, Production, QA, Tech Art, etc.).
  • Build and maintain deep talent pipelines through Linked In, Art Station, and industry communities.
  • Conduct pre-screen interviews to evaluate skills, experience and culture fit.
  • Assess portfolios for Art-based candidates (2D/3D/Animation/VFX/Tech Art).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team structures, and project needs.
  • Run full end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles: intake, sourcing, interviews, alignment meetings, offers, and closing.
  • Coordinate debriefs, manage candidate communication, and keep hiring teams aligned at every stage.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Operations for onboarding handoff and ensure smooth transition of new hires.
Requirements
  • 2-4+ years experience in Talent Sourcing or as a Recruiter in the games industry.
  • Strong ability to identify, engage, and assess game development talent across multiple disciplines.
  • Experience conducting structured screening interviews.
  • Comfortable running full-cycle recruitment and managing multiple roles at once.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing tools and Boolean search.
  • Experience reviewing art portfolios is a plus.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and confident working independently.
  • Experience with Workable is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Ukrainian.
